The Campus ConsciounessTour (CCT) is a concert series aiming to not only entertain the audience, but inspire them as well.

The mission of CCT is to encourage students to leave a positive impact on the environment by minimizing their environmental footprints. Reverb, a non-profit environmental group, sponsors the concert tour to encourage musicians and their fans to take action.

With everything from organic naturally grown food and Brita water stations to sustainably sourced B20 biodiesel fuel for the tour busses, this tour is one of the most eco-friendly event of its kind.

CCT made a stop in Athens with its headliner, Janelle Monae, on Oct. 18. Hundreds of students volunteered and participated in the event to help support the cause.
