Passion Pit will be hitting up college campuses this October, combining an awesome concert with awesome environmental action. Here's what they have to say...

This fall we'll be working with Rock the Vote and Trick or Vote to register students to vote, and to take voter pledges!

Rock the Vote is dedicated to building the political power and clout of the Millennial Generation by registering and turning out young people, by forcing the candidates to campaign to them, and by making politicians pay attention to youth and the issues they care about once in office.

Want to register online? Use the Rock the Vote widget to get started.

Sign up today, enter your Zip Code to find the events near you.

Knocking on doors increases voter turnout by a whopping 8-12%. What is the one time of year people expect a knock on their door? Halloween! And when is Halloween? Always a few days before the election! Look for Trick Or Vote at your school soon!

Not coming to your campus this fall? Find or organize a Trick or Vote event near you!

Check out our CCT video and be whisked onto campus with Drake, O.A.R., Guster, Ben Harper, environmental student groups, Reverb, and the students that make it all happen!

Ben & Jerry's is proud to be partnering with student leaders and activists on campuses to build awareness and support for the global Fair Trade movement. We are adding our voice to the call for more Fair Trade products on campus: in dining halls, snack kiosks, campus markets, and cafés.

The Fair Trade movement is, at its heart, a movement for social and economic justice. By guaranteeing a fair price to small-scale farmers and artisans in developing countries – such as coffee growers, banana farmers, and craftspeople – Fair Trade helps create a hopeful future in some of the poorest places in the world. Fair Trade also commits farmers to pursuing sustainable agricultural practices and using fair labor practices.

When Fair Trade products are available on campus, the university community can demonstrate its commitment to justice in the marketplace – and make sure that the global economy is serving the needs of people, not the other way around.

Ben & Jerry's is excited to be a part of this movement. We already source Fair Trade vanilla, cocoa, and coffee for several of our ice cream flavors. By 2013, every flavor we make will use Fair Trade Certified ingredients.
