REVERB Volunteer Program

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I volunteer for REVERB if I am under 18?

A. No. Because of insurance rules, all volunteers must be 18 or older.

Q. Can I submit an application on behalf of my friend or family member?

A. No. Each applicant must submit an individual volunteer application from their own unique email address.

Q. When will I be notified of the status of my volunteer application?

A. You will be notified of the status of your application within two weeks of the show date (most likely, sooner!). If you do not hear back regarding your applications within 2 weeks of show date, please contact volunteer@reverb.org.

Q. If the show I apply for is full, will I be considered for a position at other shows?

A. No. If the show you apply for is full, you will be placed on the wait list for that show only. Please fill out separate applications for each show. You will not be added to other volunteer teams or waitlists unless you have submitted an application for that show.

Q. If I am chosen to volunteer, may I bring a friend?

A. No; all volunteers must be approved via our online application. If a friend is interested in volunteering, please have them submit their own application from their own email address.

Q. If I am chosen to volunteer, will I be able to watch the concert?

A. REVERB Volunteers receive a pass to watch the headlining act once your volunteer duties are complete, unless otherwise noted. If there is a GA Lawn, volunteers receive Lawn passes. If a venue is indoors, volunteers are assigned a seat. We do not find out where seats will be until the night of the show.

Q. Can I purchase tickets for my friends or family through REVERB?

A. No. REVERB is not involved in ticketing. Tickets for non-volunteers must be purchased through the tour’s approved ticket seller.

Q. Where should I park?

A. Everyone is responsible for their own parking. If you have questions about parking, please contact the venue.

Q. Will there be a place to store my belongings?

A. Yes. You will be able to store your belongings in the REVERB Village. REVERB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Q. What should I wear and bring?

A. REVERB will provide a T-Shirt for you to wear while volunteering and to take home after the show, unless otherwise noted. We recommend comfortable shoes as you will be on your feet for a few hours. Otherwise, feel free to wear anything clean and presentable! It’s also useful to bring a reusable water bottle. If it is an outdoor show, we recommend sunscreen and/or rain gear, depending on the weather.

Q. Can REVERB get me a press pass to photograph the show?

A. While we are thrilled to have so many talented volunteers who offer their skills to our team, REVERB needs you to focus on your role promoting sustainability and helping us engage the fans who visit the Village. We are not able to issue press passes or special access.

If any of your questions are not answered here, please email us at volunteer@reverb.org and we will be happy to help!
